Heart Face: Narrow at jaw line, wide at cheekbone or forehead.
Square Face: Your face is about as wide as it is long.
Round:
Although round faces have a cheerful aspect, the wrong cut can make them appear chubby. Long hair can draw the face down but short styles work best. By layering the top to achieve fullness and keeping the rest of the cut relatively close to the face, your face shape will appear longer and narrower. Don’t be put off by going for the chop-cheek bones are suddenly revealed and your feature takes on new definition in an instant.
Square:
Square faces suffer from the opposite problems to pointy heart shapes. Long wispy layers and soft wave’s breakup any heavy lines but steer clear of chin length looks which will echo the face shape.Horizontal jaws benefit from draping diagonals so tailor your style to suit. If your hair is straight you may want to consider a body wave as some curl or wave to the hair will achieve a nice balance to the straight features of your face shape
Long:
It’s a myth that just because you have a long face, you can’t have long hair. However, there are tricks you can use to after the impression of your shape. An eye brow-length blunt-cut fringe will make long faces appear more oval by drawing the eye to the ages of the face. Layers work great with your face shape as they will add softness to the straight lines in your face try side parts and you may be able to wear straight back styles.
Oval:
If you are blessed with an oval face you have more or less got a blank canvas to work with. You can wear short, medium and long hair styles. Your face shape is well balanced or uneven proportion. A sleek bob or a symmetric fringe will work equally as well so you should take advantage and try a radical new look. But remember to keep some texture through longer lengths to avoid elongating your face.
Heart:
Graceful Heart Shape faces are easy to compliment but the brow can look heavy. Thus avoid fringes and balance out tiny jaw lines with dimensions. Keep style to the mid-length with strong layers between chin and shoulder length or you could try curls as they volumes toward the ends.
